Breakfast: 1 cup shredded wheat, 1 cup soy milk, toast, banana
Lunch: 1/2 cup broccoli, celery and tofu stir fry, 2 cups orange juice, peach or apple
Dinner: 1 cup vegan pinto beans, a baked potato, a cup of steamed kale and half a broccoli
Snack: strawberries, soy milk, soy-milk shake
