Colbert was seen in the video surveillance cameras leaving the Manzano hotel room and in a register of his residence the credit card and Manzano mobile phone were found, said police chief of the Kenner Police Department, Keith Conley Conley , in a press conference.
Colbert has a long criminal record that includes two cases in which he drugged and stole victims, Conley said.
“At this time the only crime we have are crimes against property,” said Conley.
