The key to Turtles is resting your body weight on your elbows, which are tucked inside your hip (1). Your knees are off the ground and slightly bent for balance. To move in a circle, lift one hand (2) and move it (3), always keeping that elbow tucked into your hip for support (4).

A pose lets you end a move with flash. Start with a turtle (5), then rest your forehead on the floor (6). Place your knees on your elbows (7), and then lower one knee to the floor. Stetch one hand out and cross one bent leg behind you and HOLD it! You’re posing!
