Letters to the Editor

Dear editor,
As I went to my family planning clinic in Hollywood I saw a stack of your magazines and I got one. To my surprise, I found a lot of useful information about schools and employment opportunities. When my younger siblings wanted to find a job last summer I didn’t know where to look… ’til now. I took your Teen Guide home and shared it with my family. I wanted to take the time to think you for this valuable information.

Dear editor,
I am glad you published "I Need More Time" because I am going through the same problem that Ambar was going through. I am a very disorganized student and I have done what Ambar did. I organized my time well so I can get good grades and bring down the stress.

Dear editor,
I read your article, "Adults commit more crime than teens." I agree with the message. Adults are too focused on every little thing we do wrong, but never stop to look at themselves to see their faults. They’re more concerned with discrediting us than listening to our ideas. This world will be ours to take care of in 10 years; we might have some solutions to the problems teenagers have. We might even have solutions to the problems that adults have.

Dear editor,
You did a good job on the article and photos for "Sweet Summer Jam." I’m glad you thought it was important to put black entertainment in this newspaper.

Dear editor,
"A Way Out" made me think twice about alcohol. It is a very dangerous habit to have, just as bad as drugs can be.
