Back Spins depend on the momentum you generate when you swing your arm and feet in the direction you want to spin. First, lie on your back (1). If you are spinning counter-clockwise, you will swing your right arm and leg in the opposite direction (2). As you do start to spin (3), quickly tuck in your arms and legs (4) so that you’re spinning on your upper back (5). If you can get back spins under control, you’ll have the foundation to do more complex spins in the future.
